Welcome to Got to Glow! My name is Rose. I am currently in my third year studying Global Business and music at Fordham University in NYC. Ever since I was very young, I became fascinated by the power of health and nutrition in shaping our lives. I really believe food is medicine and maintaining a healthy balance in terms of a wholesome diet, strong mental health, and social relationships is essential to being the best versions of ourselves.
I am all about eating real, nutritious foods without refined sugar or additives.
